This sleek model may take up only a small corner of your countertop, but it
offers a lot in the way of features, quick and easy operation, safety and the
ability to brew exceptional espresso.
Why go to Starbucks when you can make delicious espresso or cappuccino at
home? Push-button on/off brewing and frothing switches make this sleek machine,
available in black or white, easy to use. Just fill the 28-cup water reservoir
to the desired level, scoop the measured espresso grounds into the filter (you
can use either loose coffee grounds or pre-packaged E.S.E. espresso pods), and
place the filter into the holder. When the water has been heated to the correct
brewing temperature in its stainless steel boiler, a green OK light signals that
you’re ready to go!
With the Crema Master filter, you’re guaranteed a smooth cup every time. An
Auto Espresso Flow microchip lets you pre-select how much espresso to make. The
turbo-frother delivers plenty of dry steam for heating milk, and the nozzle
swivels for convenience and detaches for easy cleaning. Two thermostats on the
unit regulate the coffee cycle and steaming processes, while a third "safety"
thermostat on the pump provides backup when using the machine continuously. For
cleanup, the water reservoir and overflow tray are removable. This unit comes
with a coffee tamper, a measuring spoon, a filter, and a die-cast filter holder.
