Nothing brews like a Bunn! You heard it here, so it must be true. The Bunn BX Coffee Brewer, which comes in your choice of black or white with stainless steel accents, is a classic coffee brewer that yields robust flavored coffee with each and every brew.

Perfect coffee flavor, rich without bitterness, is determined by three elements that we call the three Ts of brewing: time, temperature and turbulence. The BX’s fast three-minute cycle is the perfect brew cycle time for the most coffee flavor without bitterness. Typical brew cycles expose ground coffee until all water is boiled up—at least twice as long. By the time you return from fetching your morning paper, you’ll have an entire pot—up to ten cups—of exceptional, café quality coffee.

With its internal thermostat, this model’s patented, ready-to-brew reservoir keeps water at the ideal brewing temperature of approximately 200°. Conventional home brewers heat water only until it boils up to coffee basket. The unique sprayhead design creates the right amount of turbulence for exposing the coffee to the water. The system suspends ground coffee and extracts flavor evenly and thoroughly. With most coffee makers, water drips straight through without exposing coffee evenly. The result is great-tasting coffee with richer flavor.

If at any time during the brew process you determined you need to add water, you can do so conveniently with the close-and-brew lid. The porcelain-coated warming plate with a lighted On/Off switch keeps the coffee warmed even after you turn the machine off. High altitude models are also available.
