Incanto RS, SBS Espresso Machine, one of the newest Saeco super automatic
machines designed with the coffee lover in mind.
The Saeco Brewing System® (SBS®) makes it easy for anyone to brew coffee
precisely to his or her individual tastes. This feature regulates the amount of
water pressure used to brew each cup, which in turn manipulates the consistency
and flavor of the espresso. Turning the dial located on the front of the
dispensing head to the right delivers a robust Italian espresso, turning it to
the left delivers a milder, American-style cup of coffee. The Incanto RS SBS
also features a one-of-a-kind brew group, which provides noticeably more intense
flavor. The Saeco brew group is easy to remove and can be cleaned by rinsing
under warm water.
With the patented Rapid Steam® RS technology, it’s easier than ever to froth
or steam milk. Rapid Steam provides the unique ability to go from brewing to
frothing and back to brewing with virtually no waiting time. This patented
technology is available only on Saeco super automatic machines. This lustrous
steel model comes standard with an Aqua Prima water filter system, which reduces
the number of flavor-altering impurities often found in water. The result is
improved flavor, full aroma in each cup, and increased longevity of the machine
by reducing the build up of lime scale in the boiler. This model, like all
Saeco espresso machines, is 100% environmentally friendly. Unlike other
espresso makers, its does not require the use of flavor-altering chemicals for
cleaning.

SBS - Saeco Brewing System
One touch. All types of coffee. An absolutely revolutionary innovation. SBS
– Saeco Brewing System – Saeco's new patented international exclusive, is the
avant-garde technology which has changed the world of coffee machines.
This ingenious system allows you to make an infinite variety of coffee from
just one automatic machine and at the mere twist of a knob. Whether it is an
intense Italian ristretto (turn the knob to the right) or an American-style long
coffee (turn the knob to the left) SBS satisfies all tastes giving a full
flavour and a truly unique creamy finish.
Moreover the coffee dose in the extraction chamber is fully exploited, thanks
to the pressure, which remains constant throughout the extraction cycle. This
way, all of the aroma is concentrated in the cup, offering you a superb creamy
finish and a truly rich flavour.
Aqua Prima filter
Softer water for a more robust coffee. With Aqua Prima the number of flavour-altering
substances found in water are reduced, and any micro-particles and impurities
are filtered. So you can enjoy the improved flavour and full aroma of your
coffee. Aqua Prima also reduces the formation of limescale in the machine so
that it lasts even longer.
Automatic Decalcifying Cycle
The automatic decalcifying cycle keeps the machine in perfect operating
order. When prompted by the user, mineral buildups in the internal boiler can be
dissolved and removed with Saeco’s decalcifying solution and a push of a button.

Lights on the front panel indicate the functions of the machine.
Dual Spout Dispensing Head
At one time, you can brew two cups in tandem, placing them next to each
other so the brew head divides the espresso evenly between the two cups.
Hot Water Nozzle
The hot water nozzle dispenses steaming water ideal for tea, hot chocolate,
and instant soups.
Pannarello Frothing Device
The Pannarello frothing device dispenses steam in three different directions
to make it easy to steam and froth milk for cappuccinos and lattes. The
Pannarello also dispenses hot water for making hot drinks and soups.
Patented Removable Brew Group
The removable brew group is the heart of every one of Saeco’s superautomatic
machines. Thanks to this patented technology, all it takes is a push of a button
and Saeco’s machines grind fresh whole beans, dose the grounds, brew the
espresso, and discard the used grounds, all in one automatic cycle. The brew
group can be easily removed for a simple rinse with tap water.
Rapid Steam ®
Rapid Steam® technology reduces the normal waiting time between coffee
brewing and steam output to just a few seconds, so you can make cappuccinos,
lattes and macchiato coffee at the simple turn of the steam wand.
Saeco Aroma System
To optimize the coffee drinking experience, a special program step injects a
small amount of hot water into the freshly ground coffee to start a pre-brewing
process. This is done just before the actual brew cycle commences in order to
extract the best elements from the grounds.
Swivel Base
The swivel base makes operating and maintaining the machine more accessible
and practical.
