If you choose to go non-pressurized, the results can be some of the best espresso you will ever taste, but the results will be more unpredictable. The correct grind, coffee freshness and tamping will all play a bigger role in the production of a superior espresso. It’s worth it! Of stainless steel, it holds 14.7 grams of ground coffee. Requires a 53mm tamper. Made in Italy.
